Legacy Angus Beef
can be purchased as a half or whole beef.
Typical packages will
include:

Steak (sirloins, t-bones,
fillets, ribeyes)

Roast (rolled rump,
sirloin tip, bread & butter, chuck, and arm)

Gourmet Ground Beef
However, these orders can
be tailored to your needs and desires.
*patties (1/3 &
1/4 lbs) and other specialty items are available for an additional
charge
We sell in Iowa only, and we
sell based on carcass weight. We are able to offer you a
variety of sizes depending on your specific needs.
Current special pricing
is $3.25/lb carcass weight and includes processing. Prices are
good until December 2011.
We've had a tremendous
sales season in 2011 already and we will be selling out of beef for
